Mccains Campaign Manager refers to Governor Palin as Govenor "Failing" while refusing to Discuss the Palin Vetting process

This is another classic momment in Republican history. Mccain’s campaign manager, Rick Davis was asked to take MSNBC and the American people through the Palin vetting process in which he refused stating, “I could take you through the vetting process, but I’m not going to…“. In the same interview he also managed to call the Republican VP nominee, Governor “Failing” which may not be to far from the truth.
