The title says it all. Did John Mccain really refuse to shake Obama’s hand following the second Presidential debate? Take a look and decide for yourself. One YouTube commenter stated that “It COULD be construed as Mccain tapping Obama jokingly on the back and then pointing to his wife in a way of saying, “I didn’t do it, it was her!” What do you think?
